Fashionista of the Month | Seema Sanghi
It has been a holiday tradition now for Lights Camera Action, Houston Society News to spot the Fashionista of the Month at the Pratham Holiday Luncheon. Last year Latika Bathija made headlines as we named her the Lady Dior: Fashionista of the Month. This year once again the competition was tough but Seema Sanghi caught our attention as the Lights Camera Action’s Fashionista of the Month.
An Occupational Therapist, Seema runs her own clinic called Handwriting Matters where she works on kids fine motor skills using creative and fun ideas with crafts and paint, her sense of style is purely determined with elegance and grace. Married for 18 years and mother of three children she looks absolutely stunning. We have spotted her at many events playing a stylish role but at the Pratham luncheon her yellow saree with contemporary patterns and a tie back blouse was a show stopper. “I think a sari when draped and carried well is the most elegant outfit that fits any occasion,” shares Mrs. Sanghi.
Seema does not believe in having any particular favorite designer as she prefers to pick what she thinks is pretty and trendy as her style statement is simple but elegant, trendy but age appropriate, colorful but not flamboyant.
Your favorites in your closet?
My two absolute favorite outfits in my closet is my red chiffon mukesh work sari with a red halter blouse and my one shoulder white georgette dress.
Seema Sanghi is often spotted with the fashionable bunch at any Indian or American affair, she not only carries any outfit elegantly but most certainly never leaves the house without her perfect smile.
