Fashion Houston 2013 – Feast of International and Local Designers and Hot Divas on the Red Carpet

Fashion Houston 2013, November 12th-15th, came to an end on Friday with a selection of designers both international and local, along with fashionistas with loads of fashion and style. The four day extravaganza featured internationally recognized designers like Bibhu Mohapatra, Marios Schwab, Johnny Talbot, Adrian Runhof, and Johanna Johnson. Also enticing the audience Nicole Miller, Rebecca Taylor, with local designers like Chloe Dao and David Peck. We loved our emerging designers like Amir Taghi, Viet Nguyen, and Jo’se Reyes. A red carpet was rolled out at the entrance of the Wortham Center where guests got plenty of opportunity to flaunt their styles. Lights Camera Action/Houston Society News was there all four days with eyes on the red carpet to spot who wore what. Houston’s Hot divas and sexy gentlemen walked the red carpet with great style and poise so here we go with our favorite picks:

2. Azra Rauf wore Alexander McQueen dress and clutch with suede Valentino boots
3. First timer at the FH Lulu Seijari in a fur from Romainia
4. Simran Rihal was wearing Rag &Bone, her way of doing a contemporary on YSL
5. Yasmine Haddad in Jonathan Blake, Mandy Kao in black gown by David Peck and Varda Y Dror in Talbot Runoff from Germany
6. Rita Garcia looked so sexy as usual in a black dress and emerald earrings by AR Designers By Arefa Merchant
