Paris In Houston
Gorgeous weather was the perfect setting for the grand opening of The De Gaulle, Houston’s first champagne house, on March 29, 2014. Over 350 gorgeous guests dressed to the theme, Springtime in Paris, and packed the indoor/outdoor space. The event raised approximately $4,800 to help both breast cancer survivors for Pink Door Nonprofit and furry four-legged friends for CAP.
Inside, guests sipped on tastings of Perrier-Jouët from a specially designed pop-up bar and out on the patio, French-inspired specialty libations with Absolute Vodka and Jameson Whiskey were served. Guests nibbled on bites including burgundy meatballs, ham and Swiss Panini’s with a touch of peppered garlic butter, tomato basil and parmesan bisque shooters, skewered caprese salad and French macaroons from Petite Sweets.
The party crowd mixed and mingled to tunes by DJ Little Martin and beats by Charlie Perez.
Bush & Ramirez PLLC and Momentum BMW Southwest were the corporate sponsors. Two sleek and sexy cars, BMW 4 Series Coupé and BMW Gran Coupé, were parked outside the entrance as guests entered.
The well-dressed host committee included: Andrea Villarreal, Ashlee Elmore, Bien Tran, Chris Beverly, Cortney Cole Hall, Ellie Francisco, Farrah Akhtar, Freddy Rodriguez, Jared Lang, Kim Padgett, Kris Cogliano, Lee Mitchell, Lisa Gochman, Juan Carlos, Lori Lemon-Geshay Mark Sullivan, Robert Tijerina, Roland Maldonado MD, Scott Boros, Senega Iles, Stuart Rosenberg, Tiffany Halik, Uchenna Agu and Mark Godard.
