The Fish & The Knife
After 2.5 years the doors are open and very welcoming at 7801 Westheimer, The Fish & The Knife. With Executive Chef Bob Iacovone, who is also a former participant on Iron Chef, the restaurant is serving up some very exciting menus and the summer creations are constantly taken up a notch. There are two separate kitchens; the fish-Sushi and The Knife – hot kitchen. The menu has adopted influences from Japan, China and New Orleans French-Creole and also from India.
