Over 200 Houston female executives and entrepreneurs celebrated the 10th Annual Women Driving Business Event Series at the Houston Country Club. Created by the Houston West Chamber of Commerce, the series honors and highlights Women in Business and is a forum that provides opportunities to network, connect,

and promote business through a series of uniquely female-only events.

This year the Chamber decided to make an exception and allow a man into the mix by honoring the “Most Interesting Man In the Room”. Not just any man, of course, but a very special individual who embodies a strong sense of self, morality, and character, and is role model for the community. This unique man must also be respectful to women and attribute at least part of his success to the women in his sphere of influence. Of the many worthy applicants, plastic surgeon Dr. Scott Yarish won the title. As a practicing surgeon for 20 years, Dr. Yarish has made philanthropy a key part of his business.

The luncheon was thriving with many successful women in various businesses. Luncheon keynote speaker Janine K. Iannarelli of Par Avion Ltd thrilled the audience with her success story. Janine has more than 25 years of business aviation experience, with a passion for arts and charities that benefit children and animals.
