Festari For Men Walk the Ramp for Bo’s Place – An Italian Night to Remember

Fashionable philanthropic guests gathered at the Westin Galleria Ballroom on Friday November 7, 2014 for the Festari For Men Una Notte in Italia benefiting Bo’s Place. It was a night to be remembered as handsome men walked the ramp all for this noble cause. Grief Support groups at Bo’s Place are designed to provide a safe place to express feelings with others on a similar path.

Debbie Festari lost her beloved mother in the Summer of 2013, a very difficult and harsh reality of life that we all have to face at some point. Having lost my own father a few years back, I’m still coping with the loss, especially during the holiday season. When life throws at us these moments of pain, organizations like Bo’s Place exist to comfort us and guide us through the grieving process.

The organization is named in memory of Laurence Bosworth Neuhaus, Jr.. Keeping his spirit and memories alive, the tears at Bo’s Place are tears that heal, bringing with them hope and recovery so children can grieve and move forward. The video presentation at the gala brought tears to many but the fabulous fashionable gentlemen walking the ramp did an awesome job to cheer everyone up.

Rocking the ramp the Beautiful Men included Mark Sullivan, Sergio Morales, Kevin Maples , Dr. Haresh Yalamanchili, Brad Marks, Carlos Barbieri, Nitish Sethi, Jeff Shell, Jim Furr, Joe Hancock, David Hartland, Chris Krieg, Steve Mach, Charlie Neuhaus, Grayland Noah, Michael Scheurich, and John Tinkle. Following tradition, the Houston Texans ruled the show with Duane Brown, Andre Hal, Chris Myers, Garrett Graham, and former Texans Kevin Walter.

Event Co-Chairmen Jennifer Brown and Christie Sullivan along with Honorary Chairmen Debbie and Rudy Festari packed this year’s gala with a record 600 plus guests raising close to $400,000. As in previous years the stunning Dominique Sachse served as the emcee enticing the audience with her mesmerizing voice. “This was my first year at this beautiful gala and I am totally awed by Debbie and Rudy Festari and the fabulous people involved. What a great cause!,” shared Claudia Ayala.

Stylish ladies spotted cheering for their favorite ones walking the ramp were: Karina Barbieri, Vivian Wise, Crystal Saldivar, Monica Patel, Romy Lauren Morello, Edward Sanchez, Parissa Mohajer, Diane Caplan, Reyne Hirsch, Diane Lokey Farb, Jennifer Roosth, Tracy Faulkner, Melissa Mafrige Mithoff, and many others. Enticing auction items, cheerleaders, men dancing on the ramp, this was certainly a gala not to be missed.
