Philanthropy & Fashion: Get Set Fall Ready

Summer vacation is over and Fall is officially here… well at least according to Neiman Marcus! Before the gala season goes into full swing, local dentist/scientist Dr. Yasmine Haddad hosted the first Fall event. Yasmine, who is known for her passion for fashion and philanthropy, feels strongly for oral care. She also recently started the Cancer, No More! Foundation to increase awareness and raise much needed research funds to support oral cancer research.

Stacey Swift,Public Relations Manager for Neiman Marcus, was delighted to host this intimate fundraiser event with nearly 20 guests at Mariposa and models showcasing some Fall previews. “Summer is officially over here at Neiman Marcus and we are delighted to celebrate 50 Years of the store while hosting some renowned designers including Zack Posen, Lela Rose, and Roland Mouret,” shared Stacey.

With a delicious champagne dinner, surrounded by a splendid Lexis Floral arrangement, special guests enjoyed rekindling friendships, exchanging summer vacation stories, and taking fashion notes.

Amongst the fashionable women were: Mother-Daughter duo Dr. Yasmine and Tatiana Haddad, Mandy Kao, Dr. Alice Mao, Shawntell McWilliams, Carrie Brandsberg Dahl, Beth Wolf, and Mary Ann Smith Keithan.
